ABOUT ME
I came to counseling later in life. My first career was as an Occupational Therapist, where I worked with children with cerebral palsy. Like many people, however, life and health challenges led me in a new direction, and I discovered a passion for behavioral health.
After earning my Master of Social Work from the University at Buffalo in 2006, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families during some of life's most difficult moments. My work has included supporting people through relationship challenges, grief and loss, aging, chronic illness, cancer treatment, end-of-life concerns, and major life transitions.
I believe that every person deserves to be heard with compassion, respect, and without judgment. It is an honor to help my clients navigate life's challenges, discover their strengths, and work toward more meaningful and fulfilling lives. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey.
